Tom Laming

This project coincided with my discovery of the artist Andy Goldsworthy, a British Sculptor and notable Land Artist whose work focuses on situational installations with-in nature.

His work often tells a story of impermanence and material transience within the nat-ural world, something I thought would be tting as a starting point for this project as both mealtimes and food itself are temporary.

I have taken direct inspiration from the vivid sculptures he produces from Autumnal leaves and have produced a pasta of varying colours that fade from green through yellow and orange and in to brown.
